Percival Christopher Wren (Deptford, Londres, Ingalaterra, 1875eko azaroaren 1a - Londres, 1941eko azaroaren 22a), abentura nobela landu zuen idazlea. Maisu baten semea. Wrenen literatur eragiletzat aipatzekoak dira Frederyck Marryat, R.M. Ballantyne edota Henry Rider Haggard. Oxforden ikasi zuen eta artean graduatuta, mundu zabalean bidaiatzen ibili zen sasoi batean, Britainia Handiko Zalditerian izena eman arte. Nora eta Afrikan ziharduen Frantziako Atzerritar Legiora jo zuen, bost urte luzean Aljerian eta Marokon aritu zelarik. Gerora Indiara egin zuen, eta hamar urtez Bombay hirian izango da. Munduko Lehen Gerran ostera da Afrikan. 1917an Londresa ezkontzen da, eta ordutik aurrera idazteari ekiten dio bete-betean.

Gauza gutxi dakigu idazleaz, ez baitzuen Wrenek berak ezer askorik azaldu bere nortasun edo bizitzaz, eta ospea bereganatzen hasita ere, pribatutasun horri eutsi zion. Bere lanik ezagunena Beau Geste da, 1924an argitaratua eta munduko hizkuntza askotara itzulia izan dena. Zinemara hainbatetan moldatua, bertsiorik ezagunena William A. Wellmanek zuzendutakoa eta Gary Cooperrek antzeztutakoa da (1939). Wrenen literaturaren gai jorratuena Atzerriko Legioarena da eta boxeoa ere interesgune izan du hainbat saiotan. Zenbaitek dioenez testuei ideologia kolonialistaren usaina darie, arraza zuriaren nagusitasunaren aldarria.
