Čeština: Vlajka města Horní Blatná, okres Karlovy Vary, Česko.
List tvoří v žerďové polovině tři vodorovné pruhy, červený, bílý a červený v poměru 3:2:3. Ve vlající červené polovině kráčející bílý lev obrácený k vlajícímu okraji nad kosmo vztyčenými ryžovacími hráběmi šikmo podloženými kopáčem, oboje bílé na žlutých násadách. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.

„Das Liek der Flagge ist horizontal rot-weiß-rot im Verhältnis 3:2:3 geteilt. Das rote Flugteil ist horizontal geteilt und zeigt obern einen nach hinten gewandten schreitenden weißen Löwen, unten den Rechen und die Spitzhacke eines Bergmannes, beide weiß mit gelben Stielen, kreuzweise gestellt. Das Verhältnis der Breite zur Länge des Flaggentuches ist 2:3.“
