Čeština: Vlajka obce Choteč, okres Pardubice. List tvoří žerďový modrý klín s vrcholem ve dvou třetinách délky listu a pět vodorovných pruhů, střídavě bílých a černých, v poměru 3:4:6:4:3. V klínu vodorovně tři žluté žitné klasy s listy, vrcholy k žerďovému okraji.
