Frikandel (frikɑnˈdɛl ahoskatua; pluralez: frikandellen) herbeheretar eta belgikar gosegarria da, haragi txikituz egindako saltxitxa bat dena.[1][2] Iturriak iturri, 1954an edo 1958/1959an sortu zuten Herbehereetan edo Belgikan.
