Howard David Shore (Toronto, 1946ko urriaren 18a) kanadar musikagile eta orkestra-zuzendaria da.

Judutar jatorriko familia batean jaio zen eta bederatzi urterekin hasi zen musika ikasten eta hainbat musika tresna jotzen ikasi zuen. Musika ikasi zuen Bostongo Berklee College of Music-en. 1969tik 1972ra The Lighthouse jazz fusioko taldeko kidea izan zen.

1978tik filmetarako soinu-bandak konposatzen ditu. 80 film baino gehiagoren musika konposatu du, eta horien artean Eraztunen Jaunaren eta Hobbitten trilogiak nabarmentzen dira.
