Lauren Helen Graham (Honolulu, 1967ko martxoaren 16a) estatubatuar aktorea da.
Hawaiin jaio zen eta gurasoak dibortziatu ondoren bost urte zituela Virginiara joan zen aitarekin bizitzera eta ama Londresera joan zen. 1988an ingeles literaturan graduatu zen Barnard Collegen. 1995ean Hollywoodera joan zen eta telebistan eta zineman hasi zen lanean.
