English: An official letter from Lawyer Nguyễn Văn Lộc, Prime Minister of the Republic of Vietnam, to Mr. Winfried Esser with a portrait photograph of Lộc. The document was written in Saigon, the capital of the Republic of Vietnam, on December 22, 1967 with document number No. 97-P.Th.T./VPDB. The document is stamped with the official seal of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Vietnam.
This is a reply letter to Mr. Winfried Esser who lives in West Germany. Lộc thanked Esser for his interest in himself and the Republic of Vietnam, gave Esser an autographer photograph of himself to complete his collection, and wished him a happy new year.
