Stema comunei Corund, potrivit anexei nr. 1.1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în șef și despicat.

În partea superioară, în câmp albastru, se află un soare, la dreapta, și o semilună, în stânga, totul de aur.

În vârful scutului, în partea dreaptă, în câmp verde, se află un brad de argint.

În vârful scutului, în partea stângă, în câmp roșu, se află un vas ceramic de argint.

Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate

Soarele simbolizează curajul și demnitatea locuitorilor, iar luna, dorința de pace și puritatea.

Bradul reprezintă bogăția silvică a zonei, iar vasul ceramic simbolizează ocupația tradițională a locuitorilor, olăritul.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
