Fotografía de la ciudad de Bogotá tomada por el geólogo alemán Alphons Stübel entre 1868 y 1869 en medio de varios viajes por Suramérica. En 1902, Stübel donó las fotos de Bogotá al museo que hoy pertenece al Instituto Geográfico Leibniz de Alemania. Fue publicada por el diario El Tiempo en agosto de 2007 [1]. Stübel falleció el 10 de noviembre de 1904.
