Čeština: Vlajka obce Bořislav, okres Teplice.
List tvoří červený žerďový pruh široký třetinu délky listu a dva vodorovné pruhy, modrý a žlutý. V červeném pruhu na bílém vztyčeném meči se žlutým jílcem navlečeny koruna a nad ní prsten s modrým kamenem, obojí žluté. Ve střední části listu v modrém pruhu tři (2,1) bílé šesticípé hvězdy, pod nimi ve žlutém pruhu tři (1, 2) modrá čtvercová pole.
