Your Bot on the german Wikipedia

It seems, that you cannot understand german. Therefore you shoudt add a babel-table on the userpage of your bot to prevent german and to force english text on discussions. Source code:

I can't understand how the page named Ethiopia has been mixed with those Russian cities category pages. It seems like a software a bug.
