The Dawning of the Day (euskaraz Egusentia, irlanderaz Fáinne Geal an Lae, literalki "Egunaren Eraztun Distiratsua") Irlandako abesti herrikoi bat da. Abestiak bi hizkuntzetako bertsioak ditu:

• "Fáinne Geal an Lae" (batzutan ingelesez "The Golden Star" deitua, euskaraz "Urrezko Izarra") XVII. mendean Thomas Connellan harpajoleak konposatua. Na Casaidigh eta The Dubliners musika taldeek nahiz Iarla Ó Lionáird abeslariak abestua.
• "The Dawning of the Day" (euskaraz "Egunsentia") 1847an Edward Walsh (1805-1850) musika bildumagileak Irish Popular Songs liburuxkan bildu eta "The Dawning of the Day" izenburuaz ingelesera itzulia. Ondoren Patrick Kavanag musikariak bere On Raglan Road abestira ezagunerako doinu gisa erabili zuelarik.
