It would be helpful to know which are the reasons in order to discuss it.
The user wants privacy. That is the only rationale they give. Now that I have said that, it would be useful to delete this conversation soon as well, so that their name in this conversation thread would not be tied to their public request for privacy.
One possible rationale for deletion outside of their request for privacy might be that the article lacks citations to reliable sources which establish notability. In English Wikipedia this article would not meet notability criteria. French Wikipedia deleted their version of this article some years ago. I do not know Basque inclusion criteria, but I think this article is a translation of the French version.
