Akseli Gallen-Kallela
Akseli Gallen-Kallela (Pori, 1865eko apirilaren 26a - Stockholm, 1931ko martxoaren 7a) finlandiar margolaria izan zen.
Axel Waldemar Gallén izenarekin jaio zen suediar hizkuntzako familia batean. Hamaika urterekin Helsinkira bidali zuten ikastera eta aita hil zitzaionean margolaritza ikasi ahal izan zuen. 1884an Parisera joan zen Julien Akademian ikastera, eta pintura eta idazle eskandinaviarrekin izan zuen harremana.
1890etik aurrera Kalevalaren margolan erromantikoak egiten hasi zen, baita paisaiak ere. 1894tik sinbolismoaren eragina jaso zuen. 1895ean alaba hil ondoren, haren lanek erromantizismoa utzi eta oldarkorrago bihurtu ziren. Finlandiako pabiloiko freskoak margotu zituen 1900eko Parisko Erakusketa Unibertsalean. 1909an Kenyara joan zen eta pintura espresionistak egin zituen.
Finlandiako Gerra Zibilean semearekin borrokatu ondoren, 1920ko hamarkadan Estatu Batuetara bidaiatu zuen eta Mexiko Berriko Taosko artisten kolonian bizi izan zen.
