Cheek to Cheek Irving Berlinek 1934-35ean idatzitako kanta da, bere musikal berriko Fred Astaire izarrarentzat bereziki sortua.[2] Top Hat izan zen filma, eta Ginger Rogers izan zen beste protagonista. Filmean, Astairek abestia abesten dio Rogersi dantzan ari diren bitartean. Abestiak Kantu Onenaren Oscar Sarietarako izendapena lortu zuen 1936an, baina ez zuen irabazi.[3] Bost aste igaro zituen Your Hit Parade-n lehen postuan eta 1935eko #1 abestia izendatu zuten[4]. Astairek 1935ean Leo Reismanen Orkestrarekin egindako grabazioa 2000. urtean sartu zen Grammy Hall of Fame-n[5]. 2004an, Astaireren bertsioa zinema amerikarreko abestirik onenak biltzen zituen AFI's 100 Years... 100 Songs zerrendako 15. postuan sartu zuten.
