Nils Holmer (Göteborg, 1904ko otsailaren 5a - 1994ko ekainaren 10a) suediar hizkuntzalaria izan zen.
Eskoziako gaeleran- batez ere hegoaldeko Kintyre, Arran eta Argyllgo dialektoetan- aditua,[1] 1949 eta 1969 artean irakaslea izan zen Lundeko Unibertsitatean. Gainera, beste hizkuntzak ere ikertu zituen, tartean Irlandako gaelera, euskara, siouan hizkuntzak, irokes hizkuntzak, kuna, choco hizkuntzak, wayuu edo australiar hizkuntza aborigeneak.[1]
