Thomas Duane Arnold (Ottumwa, Iowa, 1959ko martxoaren 6a) estatubatuar aktore eta umorista da.

Linda Kay eta Jack Arnolden semea, Ottumwan jaio zen 1959ko martxoaren 6an. Haren ama judua zen[1][2]. Bi anai-arreba ditu: Lori eta Scott. Txikitan autismoa diagnostikatu zioten[3]. Amak familia abandonatu zuen, eta aitak Tom eta bere anai-arrebak hazi zituen[4].
