Sir Thomas Hicks (Bermondsey, Londres, 1936ko abenduaren 17a), musika munduan Tommy Steele deitua, ingeles egile abeslari eta aktorea da. Herrialdeko lehenengo nerabeen idolotzat eta rock and roll izartzat jotzen dute. 1957an "Singing the Blues" bere abestiak herrialdeko salduena izan zen.
