Ajjah (arabieraz: عجّه, Ajjah; hebreeraz: עג'ה) Zisjordaniako Jenin gobernazioko herri palestinarra da, Jordan haraneko iparraldean, Jenin-etik 19 kilometro hego-mendebaldera. Palestinako Estatistika Bulego Zentralaren arabera, 5.055 biztanle zituen 2007an.[1]
